Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund will be provided.
